![]() The Kickstarter will run for a month, and it has a mix of old and new stretch goals and rewards. The first one, Geneforge 1 - Mutagen, is our best-selling game in a long time, and its follow-up will have a lot of fun new stuff to keep the series fresh for newcomers and old fans alike. We’re really excited about the remasters. We want to go over it and redo everything, adding new characters, quests, monsters to create, and training paths to scorch (or save) the mountains of Drypeak. Geneforge 2 - Infestation will be the second chapter in the reborn Geneforge Saga. If you are a fan of this developer’s games and enjoyed the original Queen’s Wish, then look forward to Queen’s Wish 2: The Tormentor when it arrives on iOS devices October 26th.We have launched a Kickstarter for our next title, a full remaster of Geneforge 2, released wayyyy back in 2003. ![]() I’m just rambling now, but the main point is that I’m excited for another Spiderweb game with iPhone support. However, being that the Queen’s Wish games are more recent creations, as opposed to their previously released games on iPad which have all been ports of older games originally created for desktop, I think it affords them the opportunity to think of screen sizes during the actual development process instead of trying to shoehorn smaller screen support onto something after the fact. You can’t really blame them though, as Spiderweb’s brand of old-school PC-style RPGs really require a lot of screen real estate for lots of text and UI, and it’s not something that’s easily converted to an iPhone-sized screen. And yes, I did say iPhone devices in addition to iPad, which makes this just the second ever Spiderweb Software game to have iPhone support, with the first being the original Queen’s Wish.
